INTRODUCTION
It is the policy of Tak Win Gift Manufactory to supply safe and legal products, at optimum cost and to the highest quality standard, which satisfy and delight our customer’s requirements and expectations. We emphasis on quality control and factory audit every year to achieve the outstanding standards required. Quality is built into the product by utilizing appropriate manufacturing methods and systems to achieve zero defects at dispatch. These methods and systems constitute the Company’s Quality Management Systems.
INSPECTION, CONSTRUCTION AND TESTING PRE-PRODUCTION
1. Warehouse – Upon receipt, all raw materials are checked against the quantity ordered input onto the computerized stock program. A Quality Assurance form is signed, allowing the item to be released for production. The materials are stored for production and inspected prior to use.
2. Distribution centre – The materials such as novelties, hats, mottos, cardboard and ribbons are carried out in the distribution centre prior to assembling by workers.
3. In-Line Quality Control Supervisors - Quality Control (QC) panel involve in each step of the production process. The following would be included in the QC Record Books provided by the QC panel:
Ø Snapping
Ø Cracker Assembling
Ø Retail Packing
Ø Outers and warehouse
Ø Stock Control
4. Process of Construction
A. Glue snaps on to cracker board
B. Cracker blank with hat, contents and motto
C. Add content
D. Placing crackers into box with fitment card with PET lid on top.
5. When work completed, boxes are removed from each batch of work to go through quality checking. Work is checked for:
Ø Visual – must be regular, even and neatly boxed.
Ø Correct sequence of cracker in box if required.
Ø Box assembled correctly and without damage.
Ø Contents – hat, snap, motto and novelty present.
Ø Different motto and novelty in each cracker.
6. When check is completed, comments are tracked back to worker’s number.
